“Services” refers to all offerings by Ink Press Publishing, including but not limited to editing, design, publishing, marketing, digital content, website materials, and any associated intellectual property.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or decline any project or content that violates these Terms, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. Where necessary, Ink Press Publishing may disclose client information to comply with legal obligations or protect its rights, property, and community.

By using our Services, you acknowledge these rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility, Access & Use

(a) Eligibility To register as a client, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate registration details.
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Be authorized to act on behalf of an entity (if registering for a business).

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate registration at our discretion.

(b) Authorized Use As a registered client, you may access and use our Services for legitimate purposes only. You may:

• View and display our website on personal devices.
• Print limited sections of content for personal, non-commercial use under “fair use” provisions of copyright law.

(c) Prohibited Use You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from our content.
• Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
• Interfere with site functionality, attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Engage in activities that could damage our infrastructure, including spamming, malware distribution, or denial-of-service attacks.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

(d) Website Security Unauthorized access or attempts to compromise system security are strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in civil and/or criminal liability. We cooperate fully with law enforcement when breaches occur.

(e) Operation of Website While we aim for continuous accessibility, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, updates, or external factors may result in temporary unavailability. Ink Press Publishing will not be liable for delays, interruptions, or losses arising from such circumstances.

Refund, Cancellation & Tax Policy

Refunds are subject to strict conditions:

• Refunds are not available if:
  • A special package was selected.
  • Initial concepts were approved.
  • Revisions were requested.
  • Delays or non-responsiveness occurred (e.g., no client response within 10 consecutive days).
  • Work was outsourced to another provider for the same project.
  • The refund request is based on a change of mind, disagreements, or unrelated reasons.
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
• Eligible cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase, with a 15% cancellation fee if within 24 hours, or 25% thereafter.
• Services such as SEO, Social Media, Web Hosting, Domain Registration, and Marketing Support are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• For web projects, refunds are not issued once the design is approved and development begins.
• Refund processing may take up to 21 business days.

All payments must be made through approved channels (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, bank transfers, or checks). Ink Press Publishing does not store card details and complies with security regulations. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Important: Once a refund is issued, any delivered designs, drafts, or materials remain the sole property of Ink Press Publishing and may not be used.

Ownership & Rights

(a) Website & ServicesInk Press Publishing retains full ownership of all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and intellectual property related to its website, services, and materials, except where expressly transferred in writing.

(b) Client SubmissionsBy submitting materials (including project briefs, manuscripts, or media), you grant Ink Press Publishing a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and adapt the content as necessary to deliver the Services.

(c) Final Deliverables

• Upon full payment, Clients own the final approved deliverable (the “Final Product”).
• Drafts, unused designs, or intermediate versions remain the intellectual property of Ink Press Publishing.
• Ink Press Publishing retains the right to display non-confidential final work in portfolios, promotional materials, and case studies.

(d) Release of Files

• Final project files may be provided upon request, subject to a $10 release fee.
• Website domains or master files may incur additional transfer fees.

Guarantee & Exclusions

Ink Press Publishing offers a Money-Back Guarantee exclusively on book design packages under eligible conditions. This does not extend to:

• Content writing
• SEO services
• Marketing support
• Publication services
• Projects commissioned by design agencies or third parties on behalf of clients

Our guarantee exists to protect genuine clients but may be voided if abused (e.g., ordering from multiple providers simultaneously and requesting refunds).

Final NotesBy using Ink Press Publishing’ Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms are governed by applicable laws, and disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Ink Press Publishing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Services at any time, with or without notice, at its discretion.
